General Conditions (to be accepted before payment)

·       Stay duration: <30days (check-in 16:00 / check-out 10:00)

·       Total price and additional costs (city tax, cleaning, extra guests) will be confirmed at the time of booking and payment.

·       Maximum number of guests: 3

House Rules

·       No smoking inside

·       No parties or events

·       Respect neighbors and quiet

·       Take care of terrace, furniture, and fixtures

·       Waste sorting mandatory

Responsibility

·       Guest is responsible for any damages

·       Report any problems immediately

Cancellation

·       Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in; 50% if you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in

Guest Registration

·       Guest data will be submitted to the Italian Police (Alloggiati Web) as required by law

Signature / Digital Acceptance

·       By proceeding with payment, the guest declares to have read and accepted the conditions above.

·       Payment confirmation constitutes tacit acceptance of the contract and house rules.
